COMPTE RENDU DE LA 10È ÉDITION PANAFRICAN CORPORATES AWARDS (PCA) BÉNIN 2022

Le vendredi 27 mai 2022, s’est tenue dans la salle des fêtes Majestic de Fidjrossè, la dixième édition du « Panafrican Corporates Awards » de l’Innovation et de l’Intégration en Afrique.


Créée depuis 2009 Panafrican Corporates Limited, est une société de média, d’édition et de négociations commerciales, disposant de représentations dans 15 pays Africains.

Sous l’impulsion de son Directeur Général cette Bidossessi David FALADE Panafrican Corporates Limited a organisé avec brio la dixième édition des PCA sous le thème : « Relations économiques et partenariat public-privé entre les Etats de l’Afrique ».


Plusieurs institutions et grandes instances étaient présentes : la Banque Ouest-Africaine de Développement (BOAD), Ministère des Affaires Étrangères, la chambre de Commerce de Badagri, le Ministère des petites et Moyennes entreprises du Bénin ….


Ladite soirée de gala a été ponctuée du mot de bienvenue de Monsieur Bidossessi David FALADE, Président du Comité d’organisation, de l’intervention de Madame Maryse LOKOSSOU, Directrice de Cabinet du Président de la BOAD, de celle de la responsable de la délégation de la mixte conjointe Nigeria-Bénin venue du Nigeria dont la chambre de Commerce de Badagri.

Ce dîner de gala a été agrémenté par différentes animations musicales du groupe GANGBE BRASS BAND, des artistes, de l’artiste Sergent Marcus et OGO GMA

et d’un défilé exceptionnel de mode organisé par la styliste Béninoise Gretta Luce.


La remise des trophées aux personnalités et personnes morales dont le parcours et la réussite dans les différents domaines de développement, ont eu un impact concret sur l’évolution du continent Africain.

LE DISCOURS DU DG/ PANAFRICAN CORPORATES LIMITED.


Dans son mot de bienvenue, Monsieur Bidossessi David FALADE, Directeur Général de PANAFRICAN CORPORATES LIMITED a exprimé sa gratitude à tous les invités qui, en dépit de leurs multiples responsabilités et occupations, ont bien voulu réhausser de leur présence cette soirée inédite de partage des idées et d’exploration des opportunités d’affaires.

Présentant sa structure de presse comme étant un appendice des actions majeures engagées par le label Panafrican Corporates Limited, une plateforme de valorisation du capital humain en communication et de développement durable, sa principale vocation est d’accompagner les entreprises ainsi que les leaders africains de tous horizons, à mieux impacter la communauté, à les propulser vers des perspectives plus édifiantes, et enfin, à délivrer des prestations sur mesure de coaching en visibilité professionnelle et en image.

Ayant également pour ambition de valoriser l’innovation et le partage du savoir-faire sur le continent, cette plateforme communicationnelle révèle également les aptitudes de développement incarnées par des cadres assermentés qui ont fait preuve de réussite, ainsi que des talents dans le monde des affaires, sans compter les décideurs qui œuvrent acharnement pour le développement de l’Afrique.

C’est selon Monsieur FALADE, ce qui explique l’organisation de cette soirée de gala. Il en a profité pour féliciter tous les nominés.

L’INTERVENTION DE LA DIRECTRICE DE CABINET DU PRESIDENT DE LA BOAD.

Dans son intervention sur qui a essentiellement porté sur la présentation de la BOAD en tant qu’Institution de Développement équilibré des États de la zone UEMOA, Madame Maryse LOKOSSOU, Directrice de Cabinet du Président de la BOAD, a réaffirmé l’engagement et la disponibilité de la Banque à soutenir et accompagner une véritable collaboration entre les États pour une intégration régionale économique efficace.

La communicatrice a qualifié la BOAD d’Institution cœur de cible au service du Développement de l’UEMOA.


Elle a indiqué les types de financements proposés par la Banque à destination du et du privé, ainsi que la décomposition des secteurs d’intervention. Elle a par ailleurs éclairé l’Assemblée sur la notation « Investment Grade » de la Banque, qui lui garantit un accès à des ressources de marché à des conditions financières favorables (longue maturité et taux bas), au bénéfice des États membres de l’UEMOA. Elle a clôturé son propos par une présentation des bénéfices escomptés du Plan Stratégique 2021-2025 de la Banque dénommé plan Djoliba, et a illustré ses propos par quelques exemples de projets financés par la Banque au profit des différents États.


Après cette brillante présentation applaudie par tous, le diner de gala a été officiellement ouvert. S’en est suivi, le message de certains

partenaires comme « Cave à vins st Aurelie», et de l’intervention de Madame Yetunde Oduntan-Kwadje Ray la sécrétaire de la Mixte conjointe Nigeria-Benin venu avec la délégation de la chambre de Commerce de Badagri -Nigéria qui a salué l’initiative de cette rencontre panafricaine nécessaire à l’implémentation progressive d’une Afrique dont les fils et filles se tiennent effectivement par la main, à travers des actions de développement célébrées à tous égards.

LE DEFILE DE MODE


Un défilé de mode de la styliste béninoise Gretta Luce sur la notion du retour des trésors royaux en terre d’origine, traduit par le port par des mannequins,

de longues jupes, aux rythmes traditionnels Adjogans de la cour royale lors des grandes cérémonies culturelles à agrémentée les présentations des nominés.

La soirée riche en couleurs et en sons a pris fin aux environs d’une heure du matin par une photo de famille de tous les récipiendaires, en compagnie du staff organisationnel.

CORPORATES AWARDS

On Friday, May 27, 2022, the tenth edition of the « Panafrican Corporates Awards » for Innovation and Integration in Africa was held in the Majestic party hall in Fidjrossè (Cotonou-Benin).


Created in 2009, Panafrican Corporates Limited is a media, publishing and commercial negotiation company, with representations in 15 African countries.


Under the leadership of its Managing Director, Bidossessi David FALADE, Panafrican Corporates Limited brilliantly organized the tenth edition of the PCAs under the theme: « Economic relations and public-private partnership among the African States « .


Several institutions and major authorities were present:

The West African Development Bank (BOAD), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Badagri Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises of Benin….


The said evening gala was punctuated by a welcome address from Mr. Bidossessi David FALADE,

President of the Organizing Committee, the intervention of Mrs. Maryse LOKOSSOU, Director of Cabinet of the President of BOAD,

that of the Nigeria-Benin Jointe Commission and the delegation from Nigeria, including the Badagri Chamber of Commerce.

This gala dinner was garvanized by various musical performances by the group GANGBE BRASS BAND,

and a number of artists including Sergent Marcus

and OGO GMA .

In addition, there was an exceptional fashion show organized by Beninese designer Gretta Luce.

The presentation of the awards to personalities

and legal persons whose career and success in the various areas of development have had a concrete impact on the development of the African continent

SPEECH BY THE CEO/ PANAFRICAN CORPORATES LIMITED.
In his welcome address, Mr Bidossessi David FALADE, Managing Director of PANAFRICAN CORPORATES LIMITED

expressed his gratitude to all the guests who, despite their multiple responsibilities and occupations,

kindly enhanced this unprecedented evening of sharing ideas with their presence and exploring business opportunities.

Presenting its press structure as an appendix to the major actions undertaken by the Panafrican Corporates Limited label,

a platform for promoting human capital in communication and sustainable development, its main vocation is to support companies as well as African leaders of all horizons, to better impact the community, to propel them towards more edifying perspectives, and finally, to deliver tailor-made coaching services in professional visibility and image.

Also aiming to promote innovation and the sharing of know-how on the continent, this communication platform also reveals the development skills embodied by sworn in executives who have demonstrated success, as well as talents in the business world, not to mention the decision-makers who are working hard for the development of Africa.

It is , according to Mr. FALADE, what explains the organization of this evening gala. He seized this opportunity to congratulate all the nominees.

THE INTERVENTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF CABINET OF THE PRESIDENT OF BOAD.

In her speech which mainly focused on the presentation of BOAD as an Institution for Balanced Development of the member States of the UEMOA zone,

Mrs. Maryse LOKOSSOU, Director of Cabinet of the President of BOAD,

reaffirmed the commitment and availability of the Bank to support and accompany genuine collaboration among the states for effective regional economic integration.

The communicator described BOAD as a core target Institution in the service of WAEMU Development.
She indicated the types of financial supports offered by the Bank for the private sector, as well as the breakdown of the sectors of intervention.

 She also informed the participants about the Bank’s « Investment Grade » rating, which guarantees its access to market resources on favourable financial terms (long maturity and low rates), for the benefit of the Member States of the WAEMU.

She concluded her remarks with a presentation of the expected benefits of the Bank’s 2021-2025 Strategic Plan called the Djoliba plan, and illustrated her remarks with a few examples of projects financed by the Bank for the benefit of the various States.

THE FASHION SHOW


A fashion show by Beninese designer Gretta Luce on the notion of the return of royal treasures to their land of origin,

translated by models wearing long skirts, to the traditional Adjogan rhythms of the royal court during major cultural ceremonies embellished the presentations of the nominees.

The evening event rich in colors and sounds ended around one o’clock in the morning with a family photo of all the recipients of the awards, in the company of the organizational staff.
